Serve hot rice with a lump of butter as a side dish with meat or fish dishes. Aromatic masala rice will diversify your daily menu and will be an interesting alternative to regular white rice.

To make it even more appetizing, you need to add turmeric on the tip of the knife, the rice will acquire a warm golden color. To make the coriander in the beans even more flavorful, you need to fry it a little in a dry pan before adding it to the rice.
