- Wheat flour 320 g
- Sugar 110 g
- Honey 150 g
- Egg 1 piece
- Soda ½ teaspoon
- Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
- Ground cloves ½ teaspoon

Method
- 2 teaspoons of sugar burn through in a small pan, diluted two tablespoons of water to boil pour honey and mix until uniform, then remove from heat and allow to cool.
- Break an egg into a bowl, add sugar and grind. Then add honey with burnt, cinnamon and cloves, soda, mix everything, add flour and knead the dough with a wooden spatula for 5-10 minutes.
- Put the dough on a baking sheet greased with oil and sprinkled with flour, level and put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 20 minutes. Cool the finished gingerbread and cut into portions.
