Honey gingerbread

  • Sugar 110 g
  • Honey 150 g
  • Egg 1 piece
  • Soda ½ teaspoon
  • Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
  • Ground cloves ½ teaspoon

  • Honey gingerbread
    2 teaspoons of sugar burn through in a small pan, diluted two tablespoons of water to boil pour honey and mix until uniform, then remove from heat and allow to cool.
  • Honey gingerbread
    Break an egg into a bowl, add sugar and grind. Then add honey with burnt, cinnamon and cloves, soda, mix everything, add flour and knead the dough with a wooden spatula for 5-10 minutes.
  • Honey gingerbread
    Put the dough on a baking sheet greased with oil and sprinkled with flour, level and put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 20 minutes. Cool the finished gingerbread and cut into portions.
