- Water 200 ml
- Dry yeast 4 g
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Salt teaspoon
- Wheat flour 135 g
- Olive oil 1 teaspoon
- Semol flour 1 teaspoon
- Tomato pizza sauce 90 ml
- Mozzarella cheese for pizza 60 g
- Salami 40 g
- Green basil taste

Method
- Whisk the yeast with sugar and warm water and leave for 5 minutes.
- Add salt and flour, knead the dough. It should turn out to be watery, like pancakes. Finally add olive oil and stir. Cover with plastic wrap and remove to a warm, draft-free place for 40 minutes.
- Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Pour the swollen dough and fry for 10-15 minutes, covered with a lid. The top of the dough should grip slightly and the bottom should be slightly golden.
- Sprinkle the dough with seed and turn it over. Grease the toasted crust with pizza sauce, sprinkle with grated mozzarella, top with thinly sliced sausage. Reduce heat, cover the pan and fry for 15-20 minutes.
- Transfer the finished pizza to a board and garnish with basil leaves.
