Tacos with meat and vegetables

  • Fry minced meat (beef or chicken) in vegetable oil together with half of finely chopped onion until tender.
  • Finely chop tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, add the remaining onion. Stir together with herbs, add salt and pepper.
  • Place the tortillas on a baking sheet and heat for 3-4 minutes.
  • Fill the warmed-up tortillas with minced meat, beans, top with salad.
