Method
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with milk, flour, cocoa, vegetable oil, salt and 40 grams of sugar.
- Add baking soda and whisk again. The dough should be dense and airy, like sour cream. Let stand for 5-10 minutes.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat and bake pancakes with a diameter of about 7–8 cm. If desired, pancakes can be greased with butter.
- Boil the cherries in a saucepan with fifty grams of sugar and serve with pancakes as jam.
