Lucky Luciano Hot Dog with Cole Slow Salad and French Fries

  • Vienna sausages 1 piece
  • Ketchup 15 g
  • Onion fries 10 g
  • Carrot 115 g
  • White cabbage 220 g
  • Mayonnaise 50 g
  • Green onions 25 g
  • Garlic oil 5 ml
  • Mustard sauce 15 g
  • Cheese sauce 100 g

  • Prepare the coleslaw salad. Cut the carrots into long slices 2 mm thick. Cut the cabbage into strips. Chop the green onion very finely, almost into crumbs. Combine the ingredients with the garlic oil and season with the cheese sauce.
  • Cut the onions into thin rings, roll in flour and salt, deep-fry and place on a napkin to absorb the excess oil.
  • Reheat the bun. Grill the sausage. Cut open the bun, put some coleslaw inside, top with sausage, season with mustard sauce and ketchup. Place the onion on top.
