- Vienna sausages 1 piece
- Ketchup 15 g
- Onion fries 10 g
- Carrot 115 g
- White cabbage 220 g
- Mayonnaise 50 g
- Green onions 25 g
- Garlic oil 5 ml
- Mustard sauce 15 g
- Cheese sauce 100 g

Method
- Prepare the coleslaw salad. Cut the carrots into long slices 2 mm thick. Cut the cabbage into strips. Chop the green onion very finely, almost into crumbs. Combine the ingredients with the garlic oil and season with the cheese sauce.
- Cut the onions into thin rings, roll in flour and salt, deep-fry and place on a napkin to absorb the excess oil.
- Reheat the bun. Grill the sausage. Cut open the bun, put some coleslaw inside, top with sausage, season with mustard sauce and ketchup. Place the onion on top.
